About us

Finserve Nordic AB is a mutual fund company and authorized manager with headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

The company was founded in 2006 and distributes Finserve Nordic Factoring Fund, Finserve Micro Cap Fund and Finserve Global Security Fund.

Finserve strives for a diversified and holistic portfolio strategy. Finserve Nordic AB is under the supervision and control of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, with permission to conduct activities including management of UCITS, AIF, discretionary portfolio management (LAIF/LVF), and investment advice.

  • Alf-Peter Svensson

    RESPONSIBLE COMPLIANCE (LAW FIRM DLA PIPER)

    Alf-Peter Svensson mainly works with regulatory-related issues within the agency's group for regulatory issues. He has more than 25 years of experience from the financial sector and has worked as a banking lawyer as well as general counsel and compliance officer.

    Gustav Lindgren has about 8 years of experience from the financial industry in alternative investments and derivatives. Responsible for the risk function at Finserve Nordic, but has previous experience from, among others, SEB. Gustav has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lawrence University, Wisconsin.

    Over 25 years of leadership experience in both small family businesses and large international groups, coaching, mentoring and consulting in business development. Experienced CFO and board member with a background in the financial sector. Specialized in controlling, risk management, strategy, change work and organizational development. Strong entrepreneurial profile with an MBA from Warwick Business School.

    Graduated from Stockholm University in early 2016 and has since worked in the financial industry. Focus mainly on the Swedish and Nordic market, but also internationally. More than five years of experience as General Counsel and part of the management team at Mangold, before becoming Head of Legal for the Management Consulting Division at AFRY. Responsible for legal advice to a division with over 700 employees globally and some of the world's largest companies as clients. Noticed as a leading company lawyer and future leader of, among others, Legal500, Nova talent program and Wallenberg Foundation - Tandem Leadership Program.

    Chairman of the Board

    Per-Anders Tammerlöv has been CEO at Mangold Fondkommission since 2006. He has extensive experience in the financial sector and, in addition to being chairman of the board of Finserve, is also a board member of the trade association Föreningen Svensk Värdepappermarknad (formerly the Swedish Stock Dealers' Association). He is also chairman of the board of Resscapital AB and KredFin AB as well as board member of QQM Fund Management AB, Nowonomics AB, Riddargatan Förvaltning AB and Aggregate Stockholm AB.
