The EU's data protection rules, commonly referred to as GDPR, entered into force within the EEA on 25 May 2018. The main purpose of the new legislation is to ensure that the personal data of natural persons is handled correctly, and that it is not used for anything other than legitimate purposes.

We only use information about you that is necessary to facilitate contact between you and Finserve in connection with our customer / business relationship and in a way that is customary for this type of business relationship. Typically, we may have information about your name and contact details such as email address, phone number, etc.
However, we do not store any sensitive personal data unless you have expressly given your consent to it. The information may be shared within the Finserve network, but only if necessary for the purpose of our business relationship. The information is used to be able to provide you with information about our products or services as well as for other marketing activities.
We will delete the information about you when it is no longer needed.
We are required to provide you with additional information on request about what information we hold about you and how we use it.
In any case, you have the right to request that we correct incorrect data or delete data that is not needed. You can also object to receiving information such as marketing material via e-mail or via other channels.
