Scandinavian Credit Fund I AB (publ) - Publishes New Prospectus and issue of Profit Share Loans monthly

Stockholm 27 January 2016 – During 2015, Skandinaviska Kreditfonden AB carried out the issue of Profitable Loans and listed its first AIF fund, Scandinavian Credit Fund I AB (publ), (hereinafter referred to as the Fund). As we want to make our fund even more attractive, we have changed trading in the primary market from quarterly to monthly by drawing up a new Prospectus. The prospectus was approved and registered on 27 January 2016 by the Financial Supervisory Authority, in which the public and institutional investors are offered to subscribe to Vinstandelslån. The profit-sharing loans will, after completed issuance, be admitted to trading on the Nordic Derivatives Exchange (NDX) (Since 2020-05-04 renamed to Main Regulated), part of Nordic Growth Market NGM AB (NGM).
