The fund invests in 8-12 listed companies that all have an active owner among the owner list, typically a private equity or an activist owner. Our focus is on companies whose operations can change significantly during our investment horizon of three to five years. We do in-depth proprietary "due diligence" in each case and continuously rebalance the portfolio in line with how the company's journey of change and share price is progressing.
