Nordic Factoring Fund AB (publ) changes the option for early redemption from calendar year to calendar year quarter

There has been a request for a more frequent early Redemption option than once a year.

If we compare with international funds that invest in the asset class "factoring", the majority have quarterly trading for their investors. Furthermore, there are asset managers and institutions who believe that quarterly trading makes the fund more interesting to invest in.

Against this background, the board of the fund has decided to change Early Redemption to Calendar Year Quarter. In connection with the change to redemption at Calendar Year Quarter, a redemption fee is introduced during the first investment year.
