Name change at Global Tech Fund and Thyra Hedge Fund

We hereby wish to inform you that the fund GP Bullhound Global Technology Fund and GP Bullhound Thyra Hedge Fund will change their names to Finserve Chelverton Global Tech Fund and Finserve Chelverton Thyra Fund, respectively. This change came into effect on 2024-12-18, and no other change is made to the fund's investment strategy.

The responsible trustee is, as before, Inge Heydorn.

The name change reflects the fund's long-term focus on global technology investment and our collaboration with Chelverton Asset Management. as unit owners, you are not affected by this change in terms of your holdings or conditions.
