Finserve Nordic AB (”Finserve”) and GRIT Fondbolag Ab (”GRIT”) hereby inform the unit-holders of Meriti Neutral, Meriti Ekorren Global, Meriti Carlsson Norén Macro Fund and Meriti Carlsson Norén Yield Opportunity (the ”Funds”) that the management of the Funds will be transferred to GRIT, which will continue to manage the Funds. The transfer of the Funds to GRIT is expected to be completed on 2026-12-02 (the ”Transfer Date”).
The portfolio management of the Funds will, as it is today, be delegated to Meriti Capital AB. The Funds will therefore be managed by the same portfolio management team as previously.
In connection with the transfer, the fund rules are amended to designate GRIT as the management fund company and the valuation rules are adapted to the new fund company’s valuation policy and principles. In addition to the material changes mentioned above, a number of editorial and administrative adjustments are implemented. At the same time, the following fund-specific changes are made to the fund rules.
Meriti Neutral
Two new share classes are introduced: D (distribution, traded in SEK) and E (distribution, currency-hedged, traded in EUR). Share classes A, B and C remain non-distributed, while share classes D and E do provide a distribution. The fund is thus changed from non-distributed to also including distributed share classes.
Meriti Ekorren Global
Three new share classes are introduced: C (dividend, traded in SEK), D (accumulating, traded in EUR) and E (dividend, traded in EUR). A and B remain non-dividend paying, while the new share classes C and E do pay dividends. The fund is thus changed from non-dividend paying to also including dividend-paying share classes. The fund’s existing shares constitute share class A after the change.
The fixed remuneration for share class A is increased from 1.2 to 1.5 percent.
Meriti Carlsson Norén Macro Fund
The fund's name is changed from Meriti Carlsson Norén Macro Fund to Meriti Macro Fund.
Unit classes are introduced: A (accumulative, SEK), B (distributable, SEK), C (accumulative, SEK), D (accumulative, currency-hedged, EUR) and E (distributable, currency-hedged, EUR). The fund is thus changed from non-distributable to also including distributable unit classes. The fund’s existing units constitute a unit class after the change.

Meriti Carlsson Norén Yield Opportunity
The fund's name is changed from Meriti Carlsson Norén Yield Opportunity to Meriti Yield Opportunity.
Unit classes are introduced: A (accumulative, SEK), B (distribution, SEK), C (accumulative, currency-hedged, EUR), D (distribution, currency-hedged, EUR), E (accumulative, currency-hedged, USD) and F (accumulative, currency-hedged, USD). The fund is thus changed from non-distribution to also including distribution unit classes. The fund’s existing units constitute unit class A after the change. The fund regulations are continuously supplemented by provisions that follow from the unit class structure.
The amended fund regulations will begin to apply on the Transfer Day.
The Financial Supervisory Authority has decided that the amendments to the fund regulations are such that you, as a unit-holder in the Funds under Chapter 4, Section 9b of the Act (2004:46) on Investment Funds, have the option to redeem your shares within 30 days before the transfer is completed. The redemption takes place without incurring any fees other than those corresponding to the costs of liquidating securities due to the request for redemption.
If you do not wish to redeem your fund shares, you do not need to take any action whatsoever due to the transfer. The transfer of the Funds does not in itself trigger any tax consequences for the unit-holders.
