Finserve strengthens its leadership ahead of the next phase in the company\u2019s development. David Ribbing will assume the position of CEO on November 1, 2026, while Tomas Lundmark has begun his work as Deputy CEO this week. The appointment of the new CEO and Deputy CEO is subject to the usual approval process and requires approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The changes are part of Finserve\u2019s long-term ambition to further develop the business, strengthen the company\u2019s market position and create the conditions for continued profitable growth. With a strengthened management team, the company\u2019s opportunities to seize new business opportunities, develop its customer offering and deepen its relationships with customers and partners are increased.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
David Ribbing brings experience and clear leadership with a focus on strategic development and long-term value creation. Together with Tomas Lundmark, who comes from the role of CEO of TIN Fonder and has a solid background in capital management, business development and strategic leadership, he will drive Finserves\u2019 continued development with a focus on growth, innovation and a competitive customer offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
