Another milestone at\u00a0Finserve Nordic AB<\/a>\u00a0is achieved!<\/p>\n

As we communicated earlier, we have\u00a0Finserve Nordic AB<\/a> received a credit guarantee program of three billion SEK from the European Investment Fund for the fund Scandinavian Credit Fund I, which is now also light green.<\/p>\n

Now it is clear that even\u00a0Finserve Nordic AB<\/a>s institutional fund \u2013 Nordic Direct Lending Fund is approved to be included in the guarantee program. This means that Nordic Direct Lending Fund also has the opportunity to issue loans where the nominal amount is guaranteed to 70% of\u00a0European Investment Fund (EIF)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Nordic Direct Lending Fund will be launched in the spring of 2022 and is a closed AIF aimed at institutional investors with a focus on Nordic credit and will be bright green. The fund aims to raise capital up to SEK 5 billion with a "hard cap" of SEK 7 billion. The fund will be managed by Finserve Nordic AB.<\/p>\n
